Retsina Helexo

Retsina Helexo represents the new era of winemaking in this traditional dry white wine. It is a dry, crisp and rich with lemon and smooth pine tasting notes, the long aftertaste is clean and fresh. This light- to medium-bodied retsina makes an ideal accompaniment to traditional Greek cuisine, of course, but also works with charcuterie, fried fish and spicy cuisine.

Retsina has been made for at least 2,000 years. Its unique flavor is said to have originated from the practice of sealing wine vessels, particularly amphorae, with Aleppo Pine resin in ancient times. EU treats the name Retsina under "Wines of Traditional Appellation" category.

Apeiron PGI Red

This fruit-forward, powerful blend balances strength with charm. The spice on the nose only makes the smooth palate with fine tannins that much more exciting. The result is an excellent balance between indigenous Greek grape variety Xinomavro with Merlot & Syrah.

Apeiron PGI White

Combining Assyrtiko, the famous white indigenous Greek grape variety, with the international diva, Sauvignon Blanc. A lovely floral wine in the nose with nice fresh metallic acidity in the mouth.

Apanta PDO Red

Try Greece’s native variety which is highly regarded as the finest red wine the country has to offer. This 100% xinomavro carries many of the typical aromas and flavors of the variety. It is a product of biodynamic farming and after fermentation and complete malolactic fermentation, the wine is placed in oak barrels for 12 months.
